Jesus makes a very clear simple strong statement here.
We are to confess Him before men. Not to deny Him. Whoever confesses Him He will confess before His Father in heaven. Whoever denies Him He will deny in heaven.
Application: acknowledge Him before men :). Don't live in fear of man. Continuing from prior verses our fear should be placed in the one who can send a soul to hell. Not in man.
