Matthew 18:15-17
If your brother sins against you (a brother as in another person that walks with Jesus. We can't push things like this onto those that aren't surrendered to Him)
Step 1 go tell your brother between you and him ALONE. (Not the whole neighborhood first)
If he hears you, you gain a friend.
If he does not hear you:
Step 2 take one or two more witnesses. That every word may be established. (Again not the whole village).
If he refuses to hear:
Step 3 Tell it to the church
If they refuse to listen to the church let them be to you like an unbeliever
How do we treat unbelievers? We treat them with kindness and His love to show them the truth, that they might turn to repentance (Romans 2:4)
